Power Habits: 40 Days to Transformation

Power Habits: 40 Days to Transformation

Transform your daily habits, strengthen your faith, and align your life with the Sunnah.

Why This Training?

As Muslims, we know that our habits shape not only our daily lives but also our akhirah. The Prophet ﷺ taught us the value of consistency in small, good deeds — because habits define who we are, how we live, and how we connect with Allah.

This training program is designed to help you:

  • Discover how your brain naturally forms and reinforces habits (both helpful and harmful), and more importantly, how to take back control.

  • Replace unproductive habits with purposeful ones.

  • Build a routine rooted in Islamic teachings.

  • Learn how the Prophet ﷺ inspired change and discipline in daily life.

  • Discover practical strategies to start, sustain, and strengthen habits that benefit your dunya and akhirah.
