  • Singapore Domestic Delivery:

    • Standard Post (SingPost): 2–5 business days

    • Express Delivery (optional, extra cost): 1–2 business days

  • International Delivery (if applicable):

    • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on delivery method, package size, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions, if any, will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email ( EXCEPT for those opted on letterbox delivery)

  • You can track your parcel using the courier’s official website.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses.

  • Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public holidays, or customs).
